  The hotel/resort is located in the countryside about 30 minutes drive from Palma City. It is quiet and ideal for those looking to relax in the sun. The hotel has a beautiful court yard where people can enjoy a drink, a windmill to look at and a rather grand chapel to seek refuge in if things go terrible wrong. It has two outdoor pools, one that allows kids and the other for adults only. Both areas have sun loungers, hampers with towels for guests to use, toilets and table service for anyone wanting wine, water or beer. There is a tennis court and an 11 aside football park if you have enough mates to get a game. If you don't have any friends who enjoy sports then you cannot the fitness suite. It has some dumbbells up to 10kg, some treadmills, cross trainers and a cable machine. There is also some spa facilities that all guests have access to including a indoor pool. Treatments are available ranging starting at around 30 euros. Breakfast is served from 7-11. It is a buffet breakfast with hot options like scarmbled egg, sausage, bacon as well as made to cook omelettes or fried eggs, cereals and pastries. There is also cheese, cold meats, bread and jams as well as a wide variety of fruits and yogurts. The hotel contains a bar and a restaurant. The restaurant is smart casual and consequently a bit old fashioned in nature kind of ruining the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The bar also serves food and is a bit more relaxed. Eating outside of the resort requires a car as there is only other way to get about is taxi. There are some restaurants about 5 minute drive from the hotel or you could go further a field to Arenal and relive your misspent youth amongst a plethora of drunk teenagers and twenty somethings. The rooms are large and come with air conditioning a mini bar to keep your drinks just below room temperature. The bathroom is large with a good size wash area which comes fully loaded with a wealth of body washes, lotions and shampoos. The rooms also have veranda where you can relax with the ants and listen to the endless screeching of insects legs. The beds are large and comfortable and the hotel is quite at night so there was no problems sleeping. There was a constant low hum in our room, but it is not that much of an inconvenience. The staff are attentive, but we tend to keep out of folks way as noone understands me as I'm Scottish it's more trouble than its worth asking for things. There was a slight delay in getting to our rooms. We arrived before 3 and were originally told our room was ready, but this was a clerical error so we happily took the time to explore the resort and surrounding area while they prepared the room. When we came back 2 hours later at 3:15 we were still to early for the 3 o'clock check-in which was a bit annoying.

  My husband and I ended our 2 week holiday in Europe with a weekend at the Hilton Sa Torre. It was actually the unexpected highlight of our entire trip. This is a short drive from the Palma de Mallorca airport into the beautiful countryside and the property itself is absolutely remarkable. We loved the chapel and windmill and every garden was abundant with fruit trees, lavender and eucalyptus. This renovated monastery retains all of it's 14th century character and charm with modern updates and amenities. The staff was warm and gracious, rooms spacious, and 3 pools a delightful surprise. We took advantage of the hot pool with water jets at the spa plus the sauna, steam, and ice bath. This is a huge cycling destination but also perfect for couples seeking a luxurious retreat. I can't say enough about our weekend experience and only wish we could have stayed longer. Add this to your bucket list.

  Great area for road biking because of very little car traffic and the Hotel has a good spa. Nearby its Cala Pi beach which is very impresive and unique like something out of a pirate movie.

  total disappointment. never been treated like this as a diamond member. everything was no: no amenity no upgrade no late check out. charged for breakfast and shouldn't have. others in the group got better rooms and late check outs. for once you are on a vacation and the diamond status is worth nothing.
